Experts state that adults should exercise 150 minutes a week which is 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. You can break up your exercise into smaller time intervals just as long as it totals 30 minutes; so that a 10-minute brisk walk at lunch could be added to your routine.
Exercise has many benefits. Regular aerobic exercise improves balance, gives you more energy, helps counteract disease, and improves brain function.
