Most Reverend Gerald M. Barbarito’s remind us of the words Pope Francis spoke regarding our labor, “God has created us in order that we work, not in a sense of a burden but in a sense of being with him and building up His Kingdom”.
He goes on to say, “St. John Paul II reminds us that when we work we are participating with God who created the world as an act of love and as an act of labor, who on the seventh day rested and who has called us to participate with him in building up the world which he created and in taking care of it.”
